He has demonstrated expertise in measuring, documenting, reporting and strengthening the results of reproductive health, family planning, HIV/AIDS, child survival, humanitarian assistance, economic development, democratic governance, human rights, anti-corruption, community mobilization/participation, public sector strengthening and private sector capacity building projects. Mr. Kashif-ur-Rehman, Ph.D
Dr. Kashif brings more than 14 years of deep domain expertise to his role as Research Director at AMRIC Research. He is responsible for interfacing with the entire organization to conduct quantitative and qualitative research, which includes questionnaire and sample design, field interviews, surveys, statistical analysis and reports and research software trainings to business and social development sector. Dr. Kashif earned Doctorate degree in Business Administration from Philippines School of Business Administration Manila in 1997 when he was 26 years old. He joined Bahria University as assistant professor in 2000. Currently he is connected with Iqra University Islamabad as associate professor. He is Head of MS/ Ph.D program at Iqra University. Dr. Kashif is HEC approved Ph.D supervisor. He has supervised 10 Ph.D and 15 M.Phil scholars successfully in the field of business administration. Mr. Bashir Ahmed Tahir
Bashir Ahmed Tahir has about 30 years of combined professional experience. Areas of his specialization include education, training and social and media research, social and human development, human rights and gender, Globalization and WTO, livelihood and poverty alleviation, participatory project management, implementation and monitoring and evaluation. As a Social Development Expert/Consultant, since 1979, he has worked with a number of International & National organizations and NGOs, on a number of researches and training / development projects in the education and social sectors. He has worked in a number of countries to implement various projects, i.e. Pakistan, Afghanistan, USA, UK and Sri Lanka. He has extensive experience of fieldwork in the hard areas of Pakistan, including Balochistan, FATA & FANA. Ashiq Muhammad Rehman
Ashiq Muhammad Rehman did Master of Public Administration (M.P.A., it is equivalent to MBA, equivalence certificate provided by University) from Quaid-i-Azam University, Islamabad (Pakistan), in 1999-2001 session. He is an expert in Research Methodology, Sampling Design, Survey Instrumentations, Data Analysis, and Report Writing maters. He encompasses over 9 years of research experience particularly in the data analysis of socio-economic, education, health, agriculture, political, and market research based surveys and monitoring & evaluation throughout the Country and abroad. Ms. Iram Saba, Ph.D
She holds the degree of Ph.D. in Rural Development (Session 2004 - 2008) from Sindh Agriculture University, Tandojam while M.Sc & Mphil in Rural Development (1999-2001) from Agriculture University, NWFP, Peshawar. She is working on women empowerment in Balochistan. She has vast experience on: advocacy for women’s rights, gender equality, reporting on the gender mainstreaming issues, provision of technical support to the line department for gender mainstreaming, launching of campaigns for awareness and advocacy about violence against women, conducting research on issues related to gender mainstreaming and women’s issues and suggesting measures for improving status of women. She is author of many research publications and able to produce documents, reports and other materials particularly related to rural development and gender issues.
Dr. Jamshaid Gulzar
He possesses the degree of MBBS and MPH from the reputed universities of Pakistan in 1989 and 2001 respectively. He is highly experienced in the fields of public health, reproductive health, primary health care and tuberculosis. He is proficient in organizing, designing, evaluating and facilitation of workshops for doctors and paramedics. Muhammad Razzaq Athar, Ph.D
Dr. Razzaq is senior consultant at AMRIC research. He has a PhD in management sciences from reputed university of Pakistan where he specialized in research methods, Human Resource Development. In addition to teaching and work-related courses, he has 23 years of experience as a social sciences research consultant. Underlying all his research decisions is a solid understanding of the principles of research, Marketing Analysis and a strong sensibility of social issues. He works closely with clients to draw out and clarify their information needs before designing and implementing an appropriate research strategy. He has over 35 years experience in research studies, project appraisal, design and management, and monitoring & evaluation regarding environment, irrigation and agriculture, and water resources management. He has a membership of many societies like Agricultural Institute of Canada; Alberta Institute of Aerologists; Soil Science Society of America; American Society of Agronomy; and Soil Science Society of Pakistan. He has worked with a number of International & National organizations and NGOs, on a number of researches, training, and development projects in the agriculture and social sectors. He is the Ph.D. Research Scholar in International Relations from Qauid-e-Azam University Islamabad. He is water issues specialist in Pakistan and have contributed into different research journals. He is also visiting faculty member of different universities in Pakistan. He is the Ph.D. Research Scholar in Economics from Qauid-e-Azam University Islamabad. His Ph.D. Thesis “Intellectual Property Rights, Technology Transfer and Economic Growth” is in progress and at the final stage. His concentration consists of Intellectual Property Rights (IPRs), Macroeconomics, Microeconomics, Development Economics, and Econometrics areas. Mr. Nadeem Akhtar has been working in development sector of Pakistan since 5 years. He has extensive experience in Monitoring and Evaluation of different programs.
